Biography
Juliette Zakowetz is a Paris-based set designer and prop stylist. Her background as a stylist, working in trend forecasting agencies and with various brands, has shaped her eye and developed a sensitive approach to image-making, colour and materials.
She creates images with a distinctive visual language, in which geometry, shifts in scale and unexpected associations transform everyday objects. Her work moves between graphic precision and intuition, through precisely balanced compositions where every form, texture and colour finds its rightful place.
She brings this vision to brands and magazines, conceiving visual worlds that range from still life to large-scale sets.
Alongside commissioned projects, Juliette develops a personal artistic practice through ceramics and painting. This ongoing research continually informs her eye and the way she approaches space, material and composition.
